We organise events within Luxembourg and have to date represented clients at international conferences and events in London, Helsinki and Singapore. We can support your event from conception to completion and manage all logistics such as guest list coordination as well as on-the-night services.

Organising and managing an event requires a number of pre-event tasks (for example, budget planning, bookings, invitation design, guest registration) on-the-night tasks (welcome service, general oversight, equipment management and so on) and post-event tasks (guest follow up, photo galleries, settling invoices and more). We are able to fulfil all or any of these services depending on your needs.

In addition, we can organise all kinds of extra services for any occasion. At a formal level, we can outsource speakers and panelists from our contact database for a variety of subjects, from legal changes to regulatory developments. For entertainment, we work closely with a number of professional DJs, photographers, entertainers and musicians, and can provide all or any of these services for your event requirements.

In terms of press coverage and publicising your event, we can provide both ideas and action to make your event newsworthy should you wish it to be covered in the local press.
