Without doubt having a clear strategy with measurable goals is the single most important thing you can do and the time used in creating it will make the difference to your long term success.
Sometimes a business has a specific challenge or pivotal question, such as “Can I sell my business”, “Should I hire a new person” or “We seem to have hit a ceiling what should we do now”? These are all really good moments to reflect on your strategy, remind yourself of your goals, make new ones and move on.

I will ask you the important questions. It’s your job to provide the answers. I believe that most business owners know what they should do, but they often have trouble focusing and thus making the tough decisions that accompany management.
I have been in business 30 years, most of which has been spent asking tough questions to my, clients, guests (on the radio) and colleagues.
